Shipping & Returns


Postage and method of shipment is determined by your order total.

If you wish to expediate your shipping, please contact our distribution office at 251.445.7179 for available options and prices before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delivery of an order if the address supplied was entered incorrectly. Please contact our office immediately if an incorrect address was supplied. 

Additional freight or other charges to resend orders may apply. 


All sales are final. Products and shipping are non-refundable.

If your purchase is damaged or defective, you may request a replacement for the same item within 45 days from the date of purchase. Should your product be damaged or defective, please call 251.445.7179 or e-mail distribution@johnkilpatrick.org to request a replacement. You may be asked to ship the product back in its original packaging for quality control purposes.

If you have received the wrong item, please contact us before the item is returned to JKM. 

John Kilpatrick Ministries will not be responsible to replace merchandise once items are received in good working condition.

If the product was damaged by UPS, please contact UPS at 1.800.742.5877. You may be asked to provide the tracking number and the packaging in which the item was shipped.

Downloadable files will not be refunded. If the file is defective, we will replace it.
