SHIPPING AND POSTAGE



Postage and method of shipment is determined by your order total.

If you wish to expediate your shipping, please contact our distribution office at 251.445.7179 for available options and prices before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delivery of an order if the address supplied was entered incorrectly. Please contact our office immediately if an incorrect address was supplied. 

Additional freight or other charges to resend orders may apply. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES



All sales are final. Products and shipping are non-refundable.

If your purchase is damaged or defective, you may request a replacement for the same item within 45 days from the date of purchase. Should your product be damaged or defective, please call 251.445.7179 or e-mail distribution@johnkilpatrick.org to request a replacement. You may be asked to ship the product back in its original packaging for quality control purposes.



If you have received the wrong item, please contact us before the item is returned to JKM. 



John Kilpatrick Ministries will not be responsible to replace merchandise once items are received in good working condition.



If the product was damaged by UPS, please contact UPS at 1.800.742.5877. You may be asked to provide the tracking number and the packaging in which the item was shipped.



Downloadable files will not be refunded. If the file is defective, we will replace it.

Online payment can be made with Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.

ORDERS AND DELIVERY


Once your order has been submitted, all aspects of delivery and payment are finalized and cannot be changed. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

John Kilpatrick Ministries is not responsible for incorrect information provided. 



Once orders are delivered in good working condition, you will own them, and they cannot be replaced free of charge if they are damaged after owning them. 



DIGITAL MEDIA DOWNLOADS

 



Upon purchasing a digital media product, you may download its content from the JKM web store up to three times.

JKM reserves the right to disconntinue any digital media product at any time. It is the customer's responsibility to immediatly download and store the file in a secure place after the purchase. 

Your purchase of digital media downloads grants you certain rights. 

You may have one copy of the media file stored on a single hard drive for the purpose of backup. 

In addition to this, you may reproduce the file in one other format for personal use (i.e., portable media device, cd, etc.). You may place that file on up to five devices at one time in your household.



The following rights have NOT been given to you through your purchase: The right to reproduce copies of the file in whole or in part except as noted in the paragraph above, the right to translate, enhance, modify, alter, or adapt the file in any way or for any purpose for you or any third party, or the right to sublicense, lease, sell, rent, distribute (including via e-mail or posting on an Internet website), or grant others any rights or copies of the file without written consent from John Kilpatrick Ministries. 



DUPLICATION

John Kilpatrick Ministries’ product CANNOT be reproduced in whole or in part, translated, enhanced, modified, altered, or adapted in any way or for any purpose for you or any third-party without written consent from John Kilpatrick Ministries.

You cannot sublicense, lease, sell, rent, distribute, or grant others any rights or copies of the product without written consent from John Kilpatrick Ministries. 

BULK ORDERS



Those who would like to purchase in bulk, please contact the distribution office at John Kilpatrick Ministries for more information prior to placing any online order. In order to qualify for a bulk or bookstore discount on an item you must make a minimum purchase of ten or more of each item desired. 

YOUR ACCOUNT

By creating your account, you agree to take responsibility to keep your username and password in a safe place. If an unauthorized person uses it, you are liable. You agree to release and hold harmless John Kilpatrick Ministries for any use of your account whether authorized or unauthorized.

LIABILITY



Any liability of John Kilpatrick Ministries in connection with product supplied to you will be limited to and in the relation to goods, replacement of goods, or supply of equivalent goods, subject to legislation and to the extent permitted by governing laws. 

User agrees to indemnify and hold John Kilpatrick Ministries and Church of His Presence harmless from any claim or demand including reasonable attorney fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of the user’s use of this site or breach of terms of use or the user’s violation of any law of the rights of a third-party. 

Any claim or controversy at law or equity that arises out of the terms of use or policies that cannot be settled through correspondence with John Kilpatrick Ministries shall be resolved through binding arbitration. The Parties mutually agree that any action taken shall be subject to the Laws of Alabama. Jurisdiction shall lie in Baldwin County, Alabama as the legal forum of choice.
